Record-Breaking Success at the Smith+Nephew Distributors Meeting in Istanbul
We are delighted to announce that we achieved exceptional success at the Smith+Nephew Distributors Meeting, held in Istanbul on January 31 – February 1. This prestigious event provided an excellent opportunity to meet with key partners from the Central and Eastern Europe region and to discuss the latest trends and innovations in orthopedics, trauma, robotics, and wound care.
We are bringing home a record number of awards from Istanbul, which represents tremendous recognition of the systematic efforts of our entire team. Our Orthopaedics Division played a leading role, receiving awards in the key segments of Robotics, Trauma, and Hips. These achievements confirm our strong market position, our focus on innovative technologies, and our long-term support for surgical teams and healthcare institutions. The award in robotics further demonstrates that we are among the leaders in implementing modern solutions that significantly enhance the quality of patient care.
Special recognition was also awarded to our colleague Jan Kuťák, who received the Courage Award for his outstanding bravery, professionalism, and dedication. This award is not only a personal achievement, but also a symbol of the values that underpin our daily work.
The Wound Care Division also achieved significant success, receiving two prestigious awards – for Best Sales Performance in Advanced Wound Care and for the Highest Growth in PICO Negative Pressure Therapy sales. These results confirm our strong and well-balanced position across the entire portfolio and our ability to achieve sustainable growth in all key areas.
