Endokrinologie v kostce, Brno

On 14 January 2026, an Endokrinologie v kostce seminar - a Czech endocrinology overview seminar - was held at the Continental Hotel in Brno, organised under the professional supervision of MUDr. Kateřina Himmelová, MBA.

The seminar offered an overview of key topics in current endocrinology, from novelties in paediatric endocrinology to nephropathies and neuroendocrine tumours, as well as the legal responsibility of doctors in clinical practice.

Promedica used this platform to present a new product in the field of continuous glucose monitoring: the CareSens Air CGM system. Attendees had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the system's operating principles, its practical benefits in daily patient care and its potential applications in clinical practice.

Alongside the CareSens Air CGM system, Promedica also presented the Contour Plus Elite and Contour Plus One glucose meters, providing a comprehensive range of solutions for glycaemia monitoring, from traditional measurement to continuous tracking.

The seminar confirmed the growing interest of the professional public in modern CGM technologies, which are becoming a standard part of diabetes care.
