Promedica proudly represented at the ČSOT 2026 congress

At the end of May, the 29th National Congress of the Czech Society for Orthopaedics and Traumatology (ČSOT) took place in České Budějovice. As the most important professional gathering of the Czech orthopaedic community, the congress brought together leading experts from across the country. Promedica's Orthopaedic Division participated as a major partner, once again confirming its strong position in the Czech market.

Our exhibition was among the largest and most prominent at the congress. Over the course of three days, we welcomed dozens of physicians, healthcare professionals, and business partners interested in the latest developments in orthopaedics, traumatology, and modern surgical technologies. Our booth became a hub for professional discussions, knowledge sharing, and networking. To create a welcoming atmosphere, visitors also had the opportunity to enjoy unique Italian refreshment experience with freshly sliced cured meats, cheeses, and other delicacies, adding a distinctive touch to our exhibition and setting it apart from the traditional conference offerings.

This year's scientific programme clearly demonstrated the direction in which modern orthopaedics is evolving. One of the most frequently discussed topics was robot-assisted surgery, which continues to gain importance, particularly in joint replacement procedures. Presentations and shared clinical experience confirmed that robotic systems provide greater surgical precision, enhanced preoperative planning, and support a more personalised approach to patient care.

Robotics is undoubtedly one of the key drivers of the future development of orthopaedics. Participating in the congress gave us the opportunity not only to showcase our product portfolio and expertise but also to receive valuable feedback from users and gain insight into the latest trends that will shape orthopaedic care in the years ahead.
